Summer Program Registration 2026

2026 Summer Daycare Program

Bayou Academy will be offering a 9-week long summer day care program for students entering K3 - 6th grade, beginning May 18 - July 17, 2026.  This program is available on a full-time (3 days or more per week) or part-time (2 days or less per week) basis. 

  • Summer program hours are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. 
  • We will be CLOSED Monday, May 25th and Friday, July 3rd.
  • Early Dismissal will be at 12:00 PM on Friday, July 17th.
  • Lunch is NOT provided.  Please send lunch with your child each day.  You will also be contacted to provide snacks for your child's class on a rotating schedule.

Registration is open to CURRENT Bayou Academy students through Friday, April 17th.  After that date, registration will be open to the Cleveland Community.  If you register a Non-Bayou student before April 17th, please understand that your registration is not complete until after that date and your registration is not guaranteed.

Registration Fee:  $85 per child (paid online via this form) - NOT REFUNDABLE

Full-Time Fee:  $900.00 per child

Part-Time Fee:  $495.00 per child

PLEASE NOTE:  The fee per child is for the entire summer program.  After registration, you may withdraw your child by May 1st and not be charged the program fee.  We staff the program based on the number of children registered.  Therefore, you will be charged the full program price for any children not withdrawn before May 1st.

Payment may be made in full before May 15th or may be divided into 3 increments as follows:

Full-Time:  3 payments of $300 each due May 18, June 8 and July 6, 2026

Part-Time:  3 payments of $165 each due May 18, June 8 and July 6, 2026

** Students currently enrolled at Bayou Academy will be billed through their FACTS account for these

      monthly charges unless you choose to pay up front.

**Non-Bayou Students will be billed monthly via Quickbooks emailed invoice.

To Register, indicate the number of students you wish to register.  

Then:

1.  Enter the parent/guardian information.

2.  Enter the emergency contact/pick-up information.

3.  Enter all the information for each student you wish to register.

4.  SUBMIT this form.  You will be required to enter your credit card information to pay the $85 registration fee per student.

Please note that paying the registration fee online will add a small convenience fee to your charge.  Bayou Academy does not control or benefit from this fee.

REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting this application online, I understand that I am responsible for paying the entire program fee unless I withdraw my child by May 1st.  After that date, all registered children will be charged the full program fee.  I understand and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement regarding drop off times and dates, etc.
