Secondary Student Announcements:

  1. Any students who will be driving to school this year will need to bring their Drivers License and proof of insurance to the office to be copied and then you will receive a decal to be placed on your car. You must do this as soon as possible. Even if you received one last year you will need the decal for the 2021-22 school year. PLEASE DO THIS ASAP IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE ALREADY!!!
  2. Teachers….please remember to take attendance at the beginning of each class and enter into your RenWeb. Thank you 😊
  3. We are in need of students to sign up to say the prayer at home softball and football games. There will be a sign up sheet in the office so please come by and sign up.
  4. The Colt newspaper has a box for students in the office with BRAND NEW questions for this week 😊. Please come by the office and fill in your answers. Thanks to all that have been coming by and taking time to answer the questions, soon to be published in the Colt Newspaper.
  5. There is a sign up sheet in the office for Jr High and Varsity Baseball signups. Please be sure and come by and sign up if you are interested in playing baseball in the spring.**CONTINUED ON BACK***
  6. FCA is selling some cute shirts. Order forms are available in the High School Office. Deadline to order is Friday Sept 24.
  7. All Community Service Club Members are required to be at the school tonight Sept 13 at 5:00 for Grandparents Day and Book Fair. Members must check in with Ms Claire Marquis in her room no later than 5:00. If you have any questions, please see Ms Claire.
  8. Our Softball team will be traveling to Starkville Academy to play Starkville Academy today **TEAM WILL BE DISMISSED AT 1:00 and tomorrow they will travel to Senatobia to play Magnolia Heights. Wednesday they will be playing here at home against Heritage and it will also be Senior Night. Good Luck Lady Colts!!!
  9. Our Lady Colts Soccer team will be traveling to Greenville today to play Washington School.**TEAM WILL BE DISMISSED AT 12:45.
  10. Cross Country will have a meet at Benton tomorrow and team will be dismissed at 1:00. Good Luck to all our runners!!
  11. If you are bringing check or money order for Homecoming t shirts, please bring to Mrs Kattie Doty or Mrs Laura Little NO LATER THAN THIS FRIDAY SEPT 17.

PLEASE HELP WHERE YOU ARE ABLE!

Show your school spirit, get your class involved, and cheer for our BA High School Football Team. We have planned several events to get you and your child's class involved this Football Season.   
 
  • Friday, October 1: Second opportunity for Tailgating for the entire school before the home football game (starting at 5pm), Breast Cancer awareness night, and Senior Night. 
  •  Participate in the Football themes each week on Friday. 
    • 8/20 - Blue Out
    • 9/3 - Astro World
    • 9/10 - Nascar/Red White and Blue.  First Responders recognized at halftime.
    • 10/1 - Breast Cancer Awareness (Pink Out and Senior Night)
    • 10/15 - Homecoming (theme TBA)
