Secondary Student Announcements:

  1. Any students who will be driving to school this year will need to bring their Drivers License and proof of insurance to the office to be copied and then you will receive a decal to be placed on your car. You must do this as soon as possible. Even if you received one last year you will need the decal for the 2021-22 school year.
  2. Teachers….please remember to take attendance at the beginning of each class and enter into your RenWeb. Thank you 😊
  3. We are in need of students to sign up to say the prayer at home softball and football games. There will be a sign up sheet in the office so please come by and sign up.
  4. Any 10th, 11th and 12th grade students who are interested in being a member of the Community Service Club please see Ms Claire Marquis to pick up a form.
  5. School pictures will this week for 7th-11th grade. 7th-9th grade will be Wed.  10th and 11th will be Thursday.  Seniors wil be the following week…More details for Seniors will come out soon.

**ALL STUDENTS MUST WEAR A UNIFORM SHIRT!!-NO T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS, OR ATHLETIC APPAREL FOR THE PICTURE. (IF YOU ARE A NEW STUDENT AND YOUR UNIFORMS HAVE NOT COME IN YET, PLEASE WEAR A BLACK OR ROYAL BLUE POLO-STYLE SHIRT)

  1. The Colt newspaper has a box for students in the office with questions that will be answered weekly. Please come by the office and fill in your answers.
  2. Our Softball team will travel to Winona today to play Winona Christian. Jr Varsity will play at 4:30 and Varsity at 6:00. Team will be dismissed at 1:45.
  3. Students, don’t forget about FCA on Friday mornings at 7:30 am. 11th grade is responsible for breakfast this Friday and be sure and turn in your $20.00 dues to Farrar Kathryn or Gracie Black asap.
  4. Jr High will be playing football this Thursday here against Hartfield. Pep Rally will be at 1:20. Jr High Cheerleaders will be dismissed at 12:30 to prepare for pep rally.

Sign Ups are OPEN!

 

 

PLEASE HELP WHERE YOU ARE ABLE!

Show your school spirit, get your class involved, and cheer for our BA High School Football Team. We have planned several events to get you and your child's class involved this Football Season.   
 
  • Friday, September 3:  Spirit Parade before the Home Football Game. The ENTIRE SCHOOL is invited to  line up in the old movie theater parking lot (across from KnightRider Gas Station) at 5:30pm, decorate your vehicle with BA spirit and follow the line to shout, honk, and wave through the parade cheering the team on before the friday night game.   The parade will circle through Colt Drive and the Football field parking lot.    
  • Friday, September 10:  Honor First Responders of our Community.  There will also be a FIREWORKS show after the game!  
  • Friday, October 1: Second opportunity for Tailgating for the entire school before the home football game (starting at 5pm), Breast Cancer awareness night, and Senior Night. 
  •  Participate in the Football themes each week on Friday. 
    • 8/20 - Blue Out
    • 9/3 - Astro World
    • 9/10 - Nascar/Red White and Blue.  First Responders recognized at halftime.
    • 10/1 - Breast Cancer Awareness (Pink Out and Senior Night)
    • 10/15 - Homecoming (theme TBA)
