After School Program

2026-2027 AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM

Bayou Academy is happy to offer the service of after school childcare to our elementary familes. Billing for this program is as follows:

The total cost per student is $1,400.00 for the 2026-2027 school year with the following payment options:

Payment in full up front for the yearly total of $1,400.00
Level billing of 10 equal monthly payments of $140.00 each from August 2026 to May 2027 (this is the total yearly program cost of $1,400 divided by 10 months...monthly fees are not based on the number of school days in each month and therefore will not vary from month to month unless additional late fees are assessed.)

Other Billing Details:

An additional late fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed for any child not picked up by 5:30 PM
Students who are not registered for the program will be considered Drop-Ins and will be billed at a rate of $15.00 per day. Please see Maggie Gilbert to arrange for Drop-In Service.
If you choose the option to pay in full up front, your FACTS account will be billed immediately with a due date of August 31st.
If you choose the monthly billing option, your FACTS account will be billed $140.00 each month August - May, with invoices due the last day of those months.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you have assigned a payment method (bank account or credit card) in FACTS for the Incidental Billing Category (this is a different billing category from Tuition/Book Fees).

In order to register your student for this program, please complete the information below and submit this online form by Monday, August 10th.

As a security measure, parents will still be required to use the Afterschool iPad kiosk to log your child(ren) out when you pick them up each day (you will receive instructions for doing this).
