Bayou Academy fees cover ONE BOOK per family - you have already paid for this in your enrollment fees. This form is for EXTRA BOOKS ONLY, if you prefer more than one book for your family.

Your included book will be given to the OLDEST sibling.

You MUST fill out the form for EACH extra book needed. This is for the 2024-2025 book that will be passed out NEXT school year. (August 2025).

Example: If you need 3 extra books, you order 3 extra books using one of the options below.

This is the ONLY time EXTRA yearbooks will be offered. We will not order extra inventory to have on hand.
