C.O.L.T.S. Program

 

C.O.L.T.S. Mission is to provide diagnostic evaluation and comprehensive dyslexia therapy to students from a licensed psychometrist and dyslexia therapist, while giving guiding resources to teachers and families. 

 

The Center of Learning and Therapy Services officially began at Bayou Academy in 2019. Therapy services have been offered long before the commencement of this program. Our licensed dyslexia therapist have a combination of 10,000 therapy hours. COLTS uses a combination of  multi-sensory, systematic, explicit Orton Gillingham based therapy. Our therapist also provide remediation and resource services for struggling learners.
