Device
Bayou Academy will provide iPads for students to use in class. These will be educational tools and be used to facilitate learning in new and effective ways. The devices are purchased through Apple Education and come pre-loaded with Microsoft, Google, Apple Education, and Mosyle Management. For the rest of this document, the word Device will refer to the iPad, Apple Pencil, Logitech Rugged Combo 3 case and power supply.
Lease Program
The following lease agreement shall be between Shaw Educational Foundation (“Bayou Academy”), the student receiving a Device (“Student”), and the student’s parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”).
I (Parent) ______________________, agree to pay $250 for a lease period from August 2023 until May 2024 and understand that this Device will be subject to Bayou Academy’s Device User Agreement. The $250 will be paid in a $50 deposit due by August 2023 and $50 due by the 15th of each month, September through December of 2023.

Purchase Program
The following Purchase agreement shall be between Shaw Educational Foundation (“Bayou Academy”), the student receiving a Device (“Student”), and the student’s parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”).
I (Parent)_______________________, agree to pay $650 to own the Device for the 2023 - 2024 school year and understand that this device will be subject to the Device User Agreement for as long as it is used on Bayou Academy’s campus, which will not be less than 3 years unless in-operable due to damage. The full amount will be due by August 2023.
