The Bayou Academy Student Council is ultimately the backbone of the student body.  Each of its members serve to represent all the students of Bayou Academy by theoretically serving as “middle men” between the students and the faculty.  Thus, Student Council plays a huge role in fortifying student-teacher relations.  In addition, Student Council successfully spearheads many projects throughout the year.
