Pre-registration for the 2010 - 2011 School year will begin February 15th and continue through March 8th. I cannot stress enough how valuable pre-registration is to us in finalizing the budget and planning for the new school year. Teachers have to be hired; textbooks and supplies have to be ordered. Pre-registration allows us to make decisions based on a realistic number of students as opposed to a guess. At our current enrollment, numbers are very important, as some classes are nearing the maximum allowable students. Our enrollment is at a point where two or three students more or two or three students less have a big impact on the budget and teaching staff. Everyone pre-registering enables the school to operate more efficiently. 

During the pre-registration period, the Business Office will be open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. You can also make arrangements to register at a more convenient time by calling the office at 843-3708.You will need the following to complete registration:

Early Registration for Returning Students (Feb. 15^th – March 8th)

                                                The $250 per family registration fee ($500 after March 8th),

                                                A signed contract, and

                                                Either payment in full for the 2010 - 2011 school year, 2 postdated checks for half of the total tuition, monthly post-dated checks, or bank draft information. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted. No post-dated checks will be deposited until August of 2010.

                                                All fees( daycare, book, etc. ) and tuition must be current in order to register for the coming year.

If you are registering a Kindergarten student for the first time, you will also need:

                                                A Certificate of Immunization Compliance,

                                                Your child’s birth certificate, and

                                                Your child’s Social Security Card (Original).

Early Registration for New Students (Feb. 15^th – March 8th)

                                                A copy of the last report card or a transcript from the last school attended,

                                                The $250 per family registration fee,

                                                A signed contract, and

                                                Either payment in full for the 2010 - 2011 school year, 2 postdated checks for half of the total tuition, monthly post-dated checks,

            An entering kindergarten student will also need a Certificate of Immunization Compliance, a birth certificate, and a Social Security Card (Original).

The goal is to keep tuition as affordable as possible. In order to continue to provide the services each of you expect at the highest level, and to be able to retain and hire quality teachers, a slight tuition increase is necessary. The tuition increase for grades 1 – 12 is only $8.33 per month, and this amount is necessary to continue to move forward and at the same time maintain a sound business plan. There is no increase in 3K, 4K, and 5K. Your past patronage is appreciated and I look forward to working with your child/children next year.
